Do you work with all ages?

No, I work with adults only, ages 18 and over. This includes for those interested in family therapy.

I live outside of Florida, can I still be seen?
​
No, I am licensed in the state of Florida. If you reside in another state, I am unfortunately unable to provide you services.

Do you offer in person counseling services or online counseling services?
​
I am currently only offering online counseling services via a HIPPA compliant Telehealth platform.
​
Do you accept insurance?
​
Yes. I currently accept: Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, and United Healthcare. ​

Can we have a consultation before a first session?
​
Yes. I encourage each client to schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone call with myself to ensure we are both a good fit for one another. My goal is to make sure you feel confident that your therapist can help you reach your goals! Consultations before meeting with your therapist are effective for beginning to build a healthy therapeutic alliance. ​

How long is the waiting process from reaching out to having my first session?
​
Once reaching out you can expect a response within 24-48 hours. After discussing your therapeutic options and making sure you feel comfortable to begin you will be scheduled anywhere from that same week to the following week. It will depend on availability of appointments, however, our current wait time is no longer than 14 days.
